Logistical details:Departures are usually from the Aravis Pontoon in Annecy (Tournette dock), please specify in the remarks if you wish to depart from another pontoon and/or another municipality. A summary email with the details will be sent to you following your reservation. If you are coming by car, allow time to find a parking space. 

Conditions:When booking, we require a deposit of 50% (the balance will be due on the same day on the boat). You also have the option to pay the full amount directly.

Cancellation or modification of your reservation on your side is free, up to one week before the date of your service.
After this period, fees will apply in case of modification or cancellation.
Only the company reserves the right to cancel if weather conditions do not allow navigation, and in this case, you will be refunded.
Furthermore, our boats are equipped with fabric covers in case of light rain to protect you.
