Logistical details:
Our fleet includes 6 boats with a maximum capacity of 12 people per boat.
We can offer group packages.
Departures are default from the Ponton des Aravis in Annecy (quai de la tournette), please specify in the remarks if you wish to depart from another dock and/or another municipality.
Following your reservation, a summary email with the details will be sent to you.
Be sure to allow extra time to find a parking space if you are coming by car!
Conditions :
When booking, we require a deposit (the balance will be payable in cash on the boat on the day). You also have the option of paying the full amount directly.
Cancelling or changing your booking is free of charge up to one week before your service date.
After this period, fees will be applied in case of modification or cancellation.
The company alone reserves the right to cancel if weather conditions do not permit navigation, and in that case, you will be reimbursed.
In addition, our boats are equipped with fabric covers in case of light rain to protect you.
